The Goanna Academy is coming to Gunnedah! We are looking forward to spending a day in your community at our Mental Health & Footy Skills Clinic Day. Commencing with a footy skills clinic run with the NRL, there will also be a marketplace of local services & community BBQ.

Mental Health Talks with Greg Inglis will take place at Red Chief Lands Council - 26A Chandos Street, Gunnedah from 2.30pm for youth, and 3.45pm for adults. A free shuttle bus will be provided to transport children & adults (please specify on registration form if you will be using this service).

Places are limited, so if you would like to attend, please have your registrations in by July 5th 2024.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER & CONSENT

Please complete the following consent form. You will also be required to complete, sign and return the Participant Waiver Form.

If you will be attending with your child/children, you will have the option to complete & sign the waiver form at our Registration Tent.

If you will NOT be attending, you MUST complete and upload the participant waiver form (accessed by clicking here), otherwise your child will be unable to participate in the footy skills activities. Once signed, you will have the option to upload the waiver form in the Participant Consent Form below.
