MobWELL
Goanna Academy’s MobWELL Programs are designed to encourage participants to recognise the importance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership and inspire respect for one another within their community. Through experiencing yarning circles and activities that are centred around a sense of belonging and connectedness, the group receive appropriate tools and strategies to develop strong, positive character traits that are reflected in their behaviour and decision making.
MobWELL assists to empower communities to identify and address challenges respectfully. It aims to strengthen community cohesion between different age groups, and restore and heal connections to culture and country.
