Event Overview
Strengthening Mental Wellbeing, Cultural Identity & Community Connection.
In our final visit, we will gather at The Common (44 Edith Road) where GI and our team will share a final yarn on standing strong in culture, mental health strategies for mob, have lunch all together and end the day with Indigenous cultural activities.
The event is a culturally grounded mental health and well-being program designed to empower our people through connection, storytelling, and resilience-building.
RAMHP exists for regional, rural and remote people and communities of NSW. They’re here to inform, educate and connect people to mental health support. If you would like to know more about Rural Adversity Mental Health Program, visit their website here: https://www.ramhp.com.au/
